  • 上海麵 300克
  • 豬肉 40克
  • 椰菜 40克
  • 1片
  • 1條

調味料

  • 2湯匙
  • 1/2茶匙
  • 生抽 1茶匙
  • 老抽 1茶匙
  • 1/2茶匙(煮麵用)
  • 生抽 1/2茶匙(醃豬肉用)
  • 生粉 1/2茶匙(醃豬肉用)
  • 450ml Water
  • 3 Mango
  • 4 tbsp Cream
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Milk
  • Some Pomelo
  • 3 tbsp Sago
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 3 tbsp Sugar

烹調步驟

先將椰菜和薑片切絲,蔥切段,豬肉切條

Dice 2 mangoes and juice 1 mango. Peel and segment 1 pomelo

之後用1/2茶匙生抽和1/2茶匙生粉略醃豬肉10分鐘

Add sago into boiling water. Cook for 6 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside for 15 minutes. Rinse sago with cold water and drain

用滾水將上海麵煮約5-6分鐘後隔水取起備用

起鑊後先加入1湯匙油,放入薑絲和豬肉炒至熟後可放入椰菜絲炒至軟身

之後放入上海麵略炒,最後加入鹽、生抽和老抽炒勻
