材料

  • 雞蛋 3隻
  • 暖水 150豪升
  • 1/4茶匙
  • 半茶匙
  • 蔥粒 1茶匙
  • 豉油 1茶匙
  • 3 Eggs
  • 150ml Warm Water
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped Green Onion
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce

烹調步驟

先將雞蛋放入碗中,然後加入鹽及油後打發

Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt and oil and mix until blended

接着放入暖水再打勻

Pour in warm water, mix again

然後用篩將蛋液過瀘到蒸蒸盤上

Carefully pour the egg mixture through a fine mesh strainer to a container

蒸爐沸騰後調至中火,把蛋液放入後蒸8分鐘

Bring a steamer to boil, then change to medium heat, put in the container and steam for 8 minutes

最後放入蔥花、豉油便可

Finally put some green onion and soy sauce on top, ready to serve
