材料
- 春雞 1隻
- 伯爵茶葉 6克
- 鹽 3茶匙
- 黑糖 3湯匙
- 米酒 2湯匙
- 日本醬油 1湯匙
- 熱水 300毫升
- 1 Spring Chicken
- 6g Earl Grey Tea
- 3 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Rice Wine
- 1 tbsp Japanese Soy Sauce
- 300ml Hot Water
烹調步驟

把伯爵茶葉用300毫升熱開水泡開
Brew the Earl Grey tea with hot water

接著把全部調味料放入密封袋
Put all the seasonings into a sealed bag

把春雞放入密封袋裡,空氣擠出密封袋後放入冰箱冷藏醃2小時入味(也可前一晚醃好放入冰箱)
Then put the chicken into the sealed bag, squeeze the air out and put into the fridge to marinate for 2 hours (or leave inside the fridge overnight)

取出擦乾後風乾
Take out the chicken, wipe it and let it dry

選擇健康減油蒸烤 Healthy Steam,以190度預熱焗爐
Select the Healthy Stream mode, pre-heat oven to 190oC

預熱後把春雞焗25分鐘(雞放網架,網架放在金屬盤上)
Bake the chicken for 25 minutes (put the chicken onto a rack, the rack on a steel plate)
