材料
- 南瓜 400克
- 排骨 400克
- 合桃 80克
- 鮮百合 1個
- 清水 1200毫升
- 鹽 半茶匙
- 400g Pumpkin
- 400g Pork ribs
- 80g Walnut
- 1 Fresh Lily Bulb
- 1200ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
烹調步驟

先把南瓜去皮去籽,然後切粒
Peel the skin, remove the seeds, and then cut into grains

之後將排骨汆水,洗乾淨備用
After the ribs are drowned, wash them for reserve

將1200毫升清水煲滾,放入南瓜、排骨和合桃,滾起後蓋蓋轉中火煲40分鐘
Boil 1200 ml of water with the pumpkin, ribs and walnut. Boil up and cover it then turn to medium heat for 40 minutes

40分鐘後放入鮮百合和鹽再煲5分鐘便完成
After 40 minutes, add fresh lily and salt and simmer for 5 minutes
