材料

  • 日本南瓜/ 美國南瓜 1個
  • 青椒 1兩
  • 紅椒 1兩
  • 洋蔥角 2兩
  • 帶子 數隻
  • 數隻
  • 藍青口 數隻
  • 牛油 少許
  • 忌廉 少許
  • 少許
  • 1 piece Japanese or U.S. pumpkin
  • 1 Tael Green pepper
  • 1 Tael Red pepper
  • 2 Tael Onion
  • Few pieces Scollop
  • Few pieces Prawn
  • Few pieces Blue Mussels
  • Some Butter
  • Some Cream
  • Some Salt

烹調步驟

先把南瓜頭部開一刀,蒸大約20分鐘

Cut the top off the pumpkin, steam for 20 mins

然後把南瓜籽及南瓜肉取出。南瓜肉少許加水打至糊狀備用

Scoop out the inside seeds and pumpkin flesh, leaving a 1 cm thick shell. Blend the pumpkin flesh into mash

海鮮洗淨備用

Clean and rinse the seafood mix

用少許牛油把青紅椒粒、洋蔥粒炒香。加少許清水至水滾,之後放入所有海鮮及南瓜泥

Heat a pan with some butter, stir-fry chopped green pepper, red pepper and onion. Then add some water until boils, add seafood mix and mashed pumpkin

加入適量忌廉,鹽調味。用慢火大約煮3至5分鐘即可

Season with salt and cream, cook with small heat for 3 to 5 mins

之後把所以東西放入南瓜盅,最後放大約半茶匙忌廉,完成

Pour the mixture into the pumpkin shell, add some cream and ready to serve
