- 鹽 適量
- 油 適量
- 意粉 240克
- 雞蛋 2隻
- 煙肉 4片
- 蘑菇 8粒
- 洋蔥 半個
- 蒜頭 2瓣
- 忌廉 60克
- 牛奶 60克
- 芝士粉 50克
- 黑胡椒 適量
- Pinch Salt
- Some Oil
- 240g Spaghetti
- 2 Eggs
- 4 slices Bacon
- 8 Mushroom
- Half Onion
- 2 Garlic
- 60g Whipping Cream
- 60g Milk
- 50g Cheese Powder
- Pinch Black Pepper
烹調步驟

大鍋加水,水滾後落1湯匙鹽,放意粉煮3分鐘,熄火浸2分鐘,撈起瀝乾水份備用
Bring a pot of water to boil, then add 1 tablespoon of salt. Put spaghetti into the water and cook for 3 minutes. Then turn off the stove and leave it for 2 minutes in boiled water. Take the spaghetti out and dry it for later use

平底鍋下油,將蒜蓉、洋蔥炒香,再落煙肉、蘑菇炒出香味
Heat the pan with oil, and then add garlic, onion, bacon and mushroom to the pan and fry them

倒入預先混合過的忌廉和牛奶,再加入黑胡椒和鹽
Pour the mixture of whipping cream and milk to the pan. Then, add some black pepper and salt

滾起後,加入瀝乾水份的意粉炒勻,之後落芝士粉
When the mixture is boiled, add the spaghetti and fry them. Then add some cheese powder

最後熄火落蛋拌勻
Turn off the stove. Add the egg and stir evenly
