材料

  • 免冶上肉 300克
  • 乾蔥頭 160克
  • 200克
  • 200毫升
  • 壼底油 80毫升
  • 80克
  • 1茶匙.
  • 滷肉粉 1茶匙
  • 生粉 1湯匙
  • 3湯匙
  • 300g Minced Pork
  • 160g Dried Onion
  • 200g Oil
  • 200mL Water
  • 80mL Black Soy Sauce
  • 80g Sugar
  • 1tbsp Salt
  • 1tbsp Braised Pork Powder
  • 1 tbsp Starch
  • 3 tbsp Water

烹調步驟

白鑊炒熟免冶上肉後取出

Heat the pan and fry the minced pork then keep them for spare use

油鍋中放下乾蔥片,慢火炸至淺金黃色後取出2/3,並隔去多餘油份

Heat another pan and add oil, then add the dried onion and fry it in low heat until they become pale gold. Take out ⅔ portion of fried onion and remove redundant oil from fried onion

放下肉碎,加入水、壼底油 (台灣的一種豉油)、糖、鹽和鹵肉粉,滾起後慢火收汁至平面

Put the minced pork into the pan,then add water, black soy sauce (one of soy sauce in Taiwan), sugar, salt and braised pork powder together. Boil up and cook as sauce with low heat

用生粉打薄芡

Use starch to slighly thicken the above-prepared sauce

放下炸好的乾蔥片,炒勻即可

Add the fried onion and fry well then serve
