材料

  • 腰果 80克
  • 杞子30克
  • 圓肉 40克
  • 山藥 300克
  • 一字排骨 1條(切條)
  • 薑片 1片
  • 清水 1.4公升
  • 適量(可因喜好而加入)
  • 80g Cashew Nuts
  • 30g Wolfberries
  • 40g Longan Meat
  • 300g Common Yam
  • 1 stick Straight Pork Rib (cut into pieces)
  • 1 piece Ginger Shred
  • 1.4L Water
  • Adequate Salt

烹調步驟

先將腰果洗乾淨備用

Wash cashew nuts for spare use

杞子及圓肉也洗乾淨備用

Wash wolfberries and longan meat for spare use

山藥洗淨後去皮切件

Wash the common yam and remove its peel and cut it into piece

將一字排骨汆水約30秒,然後取出排骨沖洗乾淨

Blanch the rib for approx. 30 seconds, then remove it and wash completely

將1.4公升清水煲滾後,放入排骨、山藥、腰果和薑片,用大火滾起後轉中火煲50分鐘

Boil 1.4L water then put rib, common yam, cashew nuts and ginger shred into boiled water. Heat the content under medium heat for 50 minutes

50分鐘後放入杞子和圓肉再煲10分鐘

Afterwards, add wolfberries and longan meat into the mixture and heat for 10 minutes

7

最後可以放入適量鹽作調味

Add adequate salt into the content then serve
