材料

  • 雞蛋 3隻
  • 1/4茶匙
  • 胡椒粉 少許
  • 番茄 3個
  • 2茶匙
  • 2湯匙
  • 60ml
  • 蔥花 少許
  • 3 pc Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Some Pepper
  • 3 pc Tomato
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 60ml Water
  • Some Scallion

烹調步驟

先將雞蛋加入鹽、胡椒粉打勻

Add salt and pepper to eggs and stir

然後將番茄洗乾淨後切件備用

Wash the tomatoes and cut the pieces for later use

將鑊燒紅後落油,放入雞蛋煮至半生熟後備用

Heat the frying wok then drop the oil, put in the egg and cook until halfly cooked

之後再放少許油,加入番茄,放少許糖後炒大約1分鐘後加入水再炒

Then put some oil, tomato and some sugar to fry for about 1 minute.Then add some water and fry again

番茄炒熟後加入蛋拌勻後關火,上碟,加入蔥花完成

After the tomato is cooked, add the egg and stir, then turn off the fire. Serve it with some scallion as toppings
