  • 薯仔 2個
  • 洋蔥 半個
  • 免治牛肉 150克
  • 適量
  • 黑胡椒 適量
  • 水牛芝士 90克
  • 高筋麵粉 適量
  • 雞蛋 2隻
  • 麵包糠 120克
  • 2 Potato
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 150g Minced Beef
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Black Pepper
  • 90g Buffalo Cheese 
  • Pinch High-gluten Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 120g Bread Crumbs

烹調步驟

將薯仔蒸熟,壓成泥

Steam the potatoes and mash them

洋蔥切粒

Dice the onion into small pieces

將免治牛肉和洋蔥炒香

Pan-fry the minced beef and onion

將炒好的免治牛肉和洋蔥放入薯泥中,調味,攪拌均勻

Mix the minced beef. onion and mashed potato. Season and mix well

將薯泥分成6等份,搓成球形

Divide mashed potato mixture into 6 portions and roll into balls

於每個薯泥球中放入15克水牛芝士,封口並搓成扁狀

Wrap 15g buffalo cheese in the centre of each ball and knead to flatten

準備高筋麵粉,蛋液和麵包糠

Prepare high-gluten flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs

將成形的薯泥餅按照次序沾上高筋麵粉,蛋液和麵包糠

燒半鍋油,待油溫到達175度

Burn half pot of oil until the oil temperature reaches 175°C

將薯泥餅下鍋油炸至金黃色

Deep-fried the potato cakes to golden brown color
