材料
- 鹽 1.5茶匙
- 糖 3茶匙
- 壽司醋 4茶匙
- 飯 300克
- 牛油果 1個
- 雞肉 150克
- 芝麻醬 4湯匙
- 腰果 30g克
- 紫菜碎 50克
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 4 tsp Sushi Vinegar
- 300g Rice
- 1 pc Avocado
- 150g Chicken meat
- 4 tbsp Sesame Sauce
- 30g Cashew Nuts
- 50g Nori Seaweed Flakes
烹調步驟
1
把鹽、糖、壽司醋攪勻後,倒進飯裡再作攪拌
Mix salt, sugar, sushi vinegar well. Then pour into the steamed rice and stir well

把雞肉、牛油果切粒,淋上芝麻醬並攪拌
Dice the chicken and avocado into small pieces, mix well with sesame sauce

把腰果壓碎
Crush the cashew nuts into small pieces

把適量的飯壓平

把適量的雞肉和牛油果放在飯的中間
