材料

  • 雞翼 1斤
  • 柚子蜜 2湯匙
  • 燒酒 3茶匙
  • 600g Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Yuzu Honey
  • 3 tsp Soju

醃料

  • 鹽 1.5茶匙
  • 糖 1茶匙
  • 酒 1茶匙
  • 水 2湯匙
  • 麵粉 5茶匙
  • 雞蛋 1/2隻
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Wine
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 5 tsp Flour
  • 1/2 Egg

烹調步驟

雞翼解凍,用鹽水浸大約10分鐘後清洗,抹乾,加上醃料撈匀待2小時

Thaw out the chicken wings, soak them in a bowl of salted water for 10 mins and rinse the chicken wings. Drain them and add all seasonings, rest for 2 hours

把雞翼的背面放上焗盤上

Place them onto a baking tray with back of chicken wings facing down

以180度先焗約7分鐘

Bake for 7 minutes at 180°C

將3茶匙燒酒放進2湯匙柚子醬,備用

Mix Joju with Yuzu honey and set aside

待雞翼呈半熟狀態,把雞翼捧出來,翻轉雞翼,塗上柚子醬汁,再入焗爐約7分鐘至表面金黃色,柚子變得乾身

Take out the chicken wings from the oven, grease them with the Yuzu sauce and put back to the oven and bake for another 7 minutes until golden
