  • 10隻
  • 粉絲 50克
  • 香芹 2湯匙
  • 芫荽 適量
  • 辣椒碎 適量
  • 薑絲 1湯匙
  • 10 Shrimps
  • 50g Vermicelli
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • Pinch Coriander
  • Pinch Red Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Shredded Ginger

調味料

  • 沙茶醬 2湯匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 紹興酒 1湯匙
  • 1湯匙
  • 6湯匙
  • 2 tbsp Sa Cha Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 6 tbsp Water

烹調步驟

蝦洗淨抹乾備用

Wash the shrimp and remove the water

粉絲用凍水浸軟,隔水備用

Process the vermicelli, first immerse them in frozen water, separate them from the water

先將沙茶醬、紹興酒、水和糖拌勻

Mix the sa cha sauce, shaoxing wine, water, and sugar

在鍋中加入適量的油,把蝦在熱油內快速過一過,轉色後取出

Add some oil to the pot, fry the shrimp in the hot oil until it turns red

把油倒出後,利用鍋中剩餘的油爆香薑絲,將調味料倒入,加入蝦略炒,最後加入香芹和粉絲,略炒後上碟
