材料

  • 豬扒 1斤 (約4塊)
  • 洋蔥 半個
  • 2湯匙
  • 250毫升
  • 1茶匙
  • 砂糖 3茶匙
  • 喼汁 1湯匙
  • 老抽 1茶匙
  • 生粉 2茶匙 (加3茶匙水)
  • 4 pcs Pork Chops
  • 1/2 pcs Onion
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 250ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Corn Flour (with 2 tsp water)

蔬果汁

  • 雜菜 300克 (任何蔬果都可以)
  • 300毫升
  • 300g Mixed Vegetables
  • 300ml Water

醃料

  • 砂糖 1茶匙
  • 1荼匙
  • 麵粉 5茶匙
  • 雞蛋 1隻
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 5 tsp Flour
  • 1 Egg

烹調步驟

先將洋蔥切絲

Chop the onions into strips

用槌把豬扒兩邊拍鬆,然後用刀背在兩邊中間壓2節刀痕

Pound each pork chop on both sides with meat mallet

將雜菜切粒後放入攪拌機,加水攪碎,之後隔渣

Chop the vegetables into pieces and blend in a mixer with water, drain off the liquid

把豬扒放入蔬果汁內浸15分鐘後取出

Soak the pork chops into the vegetable juice for 15 minutes

豬扒用砂糖、鹽、麵粉、雞蛋拌勻後醃1小時

Mix sugar, salt, flour and egg well, add in the pork chops and marinate for an hour

預熱平底鍋後加油,放入豬扒,把豬扒煎熟後取出備用

Pre-heat a pan, add some oil and pan fry the pork chops until golden brown. Take out the pork chops

將鑊預熱後加油,放入洋蔥絲,炒香後加水

Add some oil into a pan, put in the onion strips, stir fry until smell come out then add some water

之後放入鹽、砂糖、喼汁、老抽

Put some salt, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, dark soy sauce

再放入豬扒,用生粉開水打獻,炒勻後上碟

Put in the pork chops, add the corn flour water to add thickness to the sauce, stir well
