  • 雞絲​​ 250克
  • 洋蔥 ​​1/4個
  • 紫洋蔥​​ 1/4個
  • 春卷皮 約10塊
  • 生粉水 適量
  • 250g Chicken shreds​​
  • ​​1/4 pc Onion
  • 1/4 pc Purple onion​​
  • around 10 pcs Spring roll wrapper
  • moderately Potato Starch Water

調味料

  • ​​1湯匙
  • ​​4湯匙
  • 砂糖 ​​1茶匙
  • 喼汁 ​​1茶匙
  • 海鮮醬​​ 2湯匙
  • 1 tbsp Oil ​​
  • 2 tbsps Water ​​
  • 1 tsp Sugar ​
  • ​​1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsps Hoi Sin Sauce​​

烹調步驟

先將洋蔥和紫洋蔥切絲

First shred the onion and purple onion

將雞絲用調味料醃15分鐘

Marinate the shredded chicken in seasoning for 15 minutes

預熱平底鑊後,落2湯匙油,加入洋蔥及紫洋蔥炒至軟身

After preheating the pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, stir fry onions and purple onions until they soften

再放入雞絲炒至熟後取出

取出春卷皮,包入餡料,然後捲起用少許生粉水封口,放入180度油溫炸至金黃色便成
