材料
- 青瓜 2條
- 蒜頭 3粒
- 豆瓣醬 3茶匙
- 香醋 3茶匙
- 熟水 3茶匙
- 生抽 1湯匙
- 糖 4湯匙
- 2 Cucumbers
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 tsp Chilli Bean Sauce
- 3 tsp Vinegar
- 3 tsp Cool Boiled Water
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 4 tbsp Sugar
烹調步驟

把青瓜切件略拍,去籽
Cut the cucumbers into bite size pieces, use a cleaver to crush it, remove seeds

將蒜頭切/磨成蒜泥
Crush and mince the garlic

把豆瓣醬,香醋,熟水,生抽,糖開勻
Combine chilli bean sauce, vinegar, water, soy sauce and sugar, mix well

放入青瓜撈勻
Add the cucumber into the sauce, mix well
