材料
- 雞髀 1隻
- 1 Chicken Leg
醃料
- 五香粉 半茶匙
- 砂糖 1茶匙
- 鹽 半茶匙
- 麵粉 5茶匙
- 水 2湯匙
- 雞蛋 半隻
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 5 tsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 Egg
烹調步驟

先在雞髀中間𠝹一刀
Start with a knife in the middle of the chicken

之後放入醃料(除了雞蛋外)與雞髀拌勻
Then add marinade (except eggs) and mix well with chicken

混合後才加入雞蛋醃2小時
Add eggs and marinate for 2 hours after mixing

接著預備一鍋油,熱油時才放下雞髀,落鑊後轉用中慢火炸
Then prepare a pot of oil, put down the chicken chop when oil is heated, then turn to slow to medium fire

炸約20分鐘收縮便熟
Fry for about 20 minutes and well done
