材料
- 薯仔 1個
- 黄薑粉 少量
- 椒鹽黑芝麻 少量
- 迷迭香 少量
- 紫蘇蒜鹽 少量
- 橄欖油 1茶匙
- 鹽 1茶匙
- 水 半湯碗
- 1 pc Potato
- Pinch Turmeric Powder
- Pinch Salt & Pepper with Black Seasame
- Pinch Rosemary
- Pinch Salt & Pepper with Basil
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 bowl Water
烹調步驟

將薯仔切片,放入已加鹽的清水內洗淨
Chop the potato in thin slices, clean with salt water

抹乾水份,放烤盆上,塗上少量橄欖油,再加上不同的調味粉
Drain the potato slices and place onto a tray. Season with olive oil and seasoning powder

預熱焗爐至180度, 放入薯片焗12分鐘,反轉薯片再焗8分鐘至薄片
Preheat oven to 180oC, bake for 12 mins. Take out the potato chips and flip over the other side, bake for another 8 minutes
