  • 2隻
  • 2匙
  • 蕃茄 1-2個
  • 蔥段 少許
  • 2 Egg
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1-2 Tomato
  • Some Onion Section

烹調步驟

先把番茄清洗乾淨切角,備用

打蛋,攪勻,備用

起鑊落油,先把蛋炒至6-7成熟,備用

再加少許油,炒香番茄,再加入少許水略煮,調味,落蔥煮至少許竭身,再加入蛋,輕輕拌勻便可
