材料
- 蕃茄 2個
- 肉碎 150克
- 薯仔 半個
- 芫荽 1棵
- 水 600毫升
- 白飯 1.5碗
- 2 pcs Tomato
- 150g Minced Meat
- Half Potato
- 1 Cilantro
- 600ml Water
- 1.5 bowl White Rice
醃料
- 鹽 半茶匙
- 砂糖 1茶匙
- 生粉 1茶匙
- 油 1茶匙
- 水 1湯匙
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Raw Powder
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Water
烹調步驟

先將鹽、砂糖、生粉和油加入肉碎撈勻,再加入1湯匙水撈勻備用
Add the salt, sugar, raw powder and oil to the minced meat, then add 1 tablespoon of water and mix

將番茄、薯仔、芫荽切粒

將600毫升水放入煲內煮滾,先放肉碎,煮至變色,再放薯仔煮2分鐘,再放蕃茄煮3分鐘,再放入白飯煮1分鐘
