材料
- 鹽 1茶匙
- 中蝦 20隻
- 蒜頭 6瓣
- 白酒 300毫升
- 牛油 15克
- 淡忌廉 15克
- 橄欖油 2湯匙
- 紫洋蔥 1/4個
- 黑胡椒 少量
- 1 tsp Salt
- 20 Prawn
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 300ml White Wine
- 15g Butter
- 15g Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 Purple Onion
- Pinch Black Pepper
烹調步驟

先除去蝦殼,挑去蝦腸,後抹乾水備用
Peel the prawn and pick prawn intestines out, drain and set aside

開火,放油,落蒜蓉,紫洋蔥炒至金黄,倒起
Heat the pan with oil, stir fry chopped garlic and purple onion to brown, set aside

再放蝦、鹽、白酒、黑胡椒,炒至熟
Put in prawn, salt, white wine and black pepper, stir fry until prawn is well done

放回蒜蓉,紫洋蔥,再加牛油,忌廉炒至收汁上碟
Put back step (2) garlic and purple onion, add butter and whipping cream until sauce thicken. Ready to serve
