- 薑 1片
- 水 8碗
- 鹽 1/4茶匙
- 節瓜 2個
- 西施骨 1條 (約800克)
- 瑤柱粒/碎 10粒
- 1 slide Ginger
- 8 bowl Water
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Hairy Gourds
- 800g Pork/Blade Roast
- 10 pcs Dried Scallop
烹調步驟

將西施骨飛水,洗去血水
Put the pork into a cold water and bring it to boil to remove dirt and blood

先將水滾起,後將所有材料放入鍋內,冚蓋後轉大火,滾起後轉中火,约煲1.5小時,加鹽便成
In another pot, boils the water and put in all the ingredients. Cover the lid and turn the heat to high until boils again. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 1.5 hours. Season with salt and ready to serve
