材料
- 鹽 3克
- 糖粉 100克
- 豆漿 50克
- 腰果 100克
- 抹茶粉 5克
- 素食奶油 125克
- 低筋麵粉 200克
- 3g Salt
- 100g Powdered Sugar
- 50g Soy Milk
- 100g Cashew Nuts
- 5g Matcha Powder
- 125g Vegan Margarine
- 200g Low Gluten Flour
烹調步驟

將低筋麵粉、糖粉、抹茶粉倒入大碗,然後篩粉
Combine low gluten flour, powdered sugar and matcha powder in a large bowl. Sift the flour mixture

之後將腰果弄成碎粒備用
Crumb the cashew nuts into small pieces. Set aside

在已篩過的粉加入豆漿、素食奶油,搓成球體
Add soy milk and vegan margarine into the flour mixture, mix well and make into ball shape

加入腰果,之後搓成條狀,放入雪櫃1小時
Fold in the cashew nuts and make into a strip shape. Put into the fridge for 1 hour

雪櫃取出後切成一塊塊,將焗爐預熱200度,放入後焗12分鐘
Preheat oven to 200oC. Take out from the fridge and cut the dough into pieces. Bake for 12 minutes and ready to serve
