- 蔥 少許
- 糖 少許
- 薑 少許
- 蝦米 少許 (預先浸好)
- 蠔油 少許
- 麻油 少許
- 生抽 少許
- 生粉 少許
- 紹興酒 少許
- 板豆腐 1件
- 鯪魚肉 200克
- Pinch Spring Onion
- Pinch Sugar
- Pinch Ginger
- Pinch Dried Sea Shrimp
- Pinch Oyster Sauce
- Pinch Sesame Oil
- Pinch Soy Sauce
- Pinch Corn Starch
- Pinch Shaoxing Wine
- 1 brick Tofu (Firm/Hard)
- 200g Fish Paste
烹調步驟

把豆腐洗淨再加入鯪魚肉,攪勻
Gently wash the tofu, add the fish paste and mix well

加入薑米、蝦米
Add minced ginger and dried sea shrimp into the mixture. (Soak the sea shrimp in advance to soft)

再加入蠔油、麻油、紹興酒、糖、生抽及生粉調味。再攪勻
Season with oyster sauce, sesame oil, shaoxing wine, sugar, soy sauce and corn starch. Mix well again

鋪好在碟上,備用
Put the mixture on a plate and level the surface with a spoon

煲水,水滾蒸10分鐘
Steam the mixture for 10 minutes in a hot boiling water

最後加入蔥花及少許生抽
Finally, remove from the steamer, put some soy sauce and garnish with some spring onion
