材料

  • 糯米粉 150克
  • 粘米粉 35克
  •  70克
  • 鮮奶 110克
  • 椰漿 80克
  • 清水 70毫升
  • 芒果 1個
  • 已炒熟之糯米粉(糕粉) 50克
  • 150g Glutinous Rice Flour
  • 25g Rice Flour
  • 70g Sugar
  • 110g Milk
  • 80g Coconut Milk
  • 70g Water
  • 1 pc Mango
  • 50g Cooked Glutinous Rice Flour

烹調步驟

分別混合糯米粉,粘米粉,砂糖/鮮奶,椰漿,清水

Mix glutinous rice flour, rice flour and sugar in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix milk, coconut milk and water until well combined

將液體分兩次混入糯米粉粘米粉砂糖內

Divide the liquid into two times, pour into the flour mixture. Mix well

放入盤中滾水蒸15分鐘

Place into a large bowl and steam for 15 minutes

白鑊放糯米粉炒熟,約15分鐘

Fry 50g of Glutinous Rice Flour in a wok for 15 minutes

取出拌勻,用保鮮紙包起待暖后放入芒果肉包起

面抹上糕粉
