  • 大蝦 5隻
  • 洋蔥 半個
  • 紅蔥頭 2湯匙
  • 蒜頭 2湯匙
  • 生粉 4湯匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 胡椒粉 1茶匙
  • 紹興酒 1湯匙
  • 茄汁 2湯匙
  • 茄膏 1湯匙
  • 喼汁 半茶匙
  • 2茶匙
  • 150毫升
  • 5 King Shrimps
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Red Onion
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 150ml Oil

烹調步驟

將蝦洗淨去蝦腸抹乾

Wash and devein the shrimps

用半茶匙鹽,1茶匙胡椒粉,1湯匙紹興酒醃15分鐘

Marinate the shrimps with 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper and 1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine for 15 minutes

取出抹乾撲上生粉,落滾油炸至8成熟取出備用

Take out the shrimps and pour the corn flour, and fry for almost well done

洋蔥切條,起鑊,落一湯匙油,略炒取出

Cut the onion, heat the pan and add a tablespoon of oil, stir fry

再放1湯匙油,落紅蔥頭,蒜蓉,茄汁,茄膏,喼汁,糖,半茶匙鹽,炒均

Add 1 tbsp of oil, red onion, garlic, tomato sauce, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, sugar, stir-fry, then add the shrimps and onion
