材料

  • 1茶匙
  • 5湯匙
  • 芝士 1片
  • 菠菜 1把
  • 海鹽 1茶匙
  • 番茄 1/4個
  • 黑胡椒 少量
  • 雞胸肉 1件
  • 橄欖油 2湯匙
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Water
  • 1 slices Cheese
  • 1 bunch Spinach
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Tomato
  • Pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 Chicken Breast Fillet
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

烹調步驟

先將菠菜拖熱水變軟

Soak the spinach in the hot water until it becomes soft

將雞胸剖開至同一厚度,加入海鹽,黑胡椒

Sliced the chicken breast horizontally into two even pieces, mix the chicken with sea salt and black pepper

放芝士,菠菜,卷起,再用牙籤封口

Flatten the chicken breast, layer a piece of cheese and spoon some spinach on top of cheese, wrap up together and seal the open end with toothpicks

開爐,落油,放雞胸中火煎2分鐘

Heat up the oil, sauté the wraps for 2 minutes

加水,冚蓋焗煮約12分鐘

Add water to the pan, cover it and cook for about 12 minutes

6

掀起蓋,翻面再煎到金黄便可

Open the lid, turn the wraps over and sauté to brown
