材料

  • 雞蛋 3隻
  • 暖水 150毫升
  • 少許

調味料

  • 少許
  • 少許
  • 胡椒粉 少許
  • 1 piece Japanese or U.S. pumpkin
  • 1 Tael Green pepper
  • 1 Tael Red pepper
  • 2 Tael Onion
  • Few pieces Scollop
  • Few pieces Prawn
  • Few pieces Blue Mussels
  • Some Butter
  • Some Cream
  • Some Salt

烹調步驟

先將雞蛋打發

Cut the top off the pumpkin, steam for 20 mins

將所有調味料放入暖水中拌勻,之後加入蛋液拌勻後過篩

Scoop out the inside seeds and pumpkin flesh, leaving a 1 cm thick shell. Blend the pumpkin flesh into mash

大火煲滾熱水後轉至中火,再將蛋液放入蒸約8分鐘

Clean and rinse the seafood mix

最後放入蔥花和少許豉油便成

Heat a pan with some butter, stir-fry chopped green pepper, red pepper and onion. Then add some water until boils, add seafood mix and mashed pumpkin
