材料
- 藜麥 10克
- 糙米 70克
- 白米 70克
- 水 200毫升
- 新鮮菇 50克
- 吞拿魚 100克
- 鹽 半茶匙
- 油 1湯匙
- 醬油 1湯匙
- 10g Quinoa
- 70g Brown Rice
- 70g White Rice
- 200ml Water
- 50g Fresh Mushrooms
- 100g Tuna Fish
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
烹調步驟

先用清水浸藜麥15分鐘
First soak the quinoa with water for 15 minutes

將新鮮菇切粒
Cut the fresh mushrooms into small pieces

洗乾淨糙米, 白米, 混合藜麥, 鲜菇碎,加半茶匙鹽,一起煲好
Wash the brown rice, white rice, quinoa and mushrooms. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and cook well

將飯取出與吞拿魚碎混合
Take the rice out and mix it with the tuna

搓成飯團形狀,用平面鑊,放油起鑊,將醬油塗於飯團兩面,煎至金黃色便可
