材料
- 蜜糖 6安士
- 薑汁 少許
- 新鮮蠔 12隻
- 玫瑰露 少許
- 6oz Honey
- Pinch Ginger Juice
- 12 Fresh Oyster
- Pinch Mei Kuei Lu Chiew (Chinese Rose Wine)
烹調步驟
1
先把蠔洗乾淨再用交剪剪走柱位
Rinse the oysters thoroughly, cut away the scallop part

用抺手紙印乾,落用玫瑰露、薑汁,備用
Dry the oysters using kitchen tissue, add Mei Kuei Lu Chiew, ginger juice. Mix well and set aside

落油起鑊,再把蠔煎香至金黃色,起鑊備用
Heat a wok with some oil, pan fry the oyster until golden brown color, set aside

再用中細火落蜜糖,推至起泡
Heat some honey with small medium heat, stir honey until bubbles come out
5
放入蠔兜勻即成
Put back oysters into the wok, mix well with honey
