  • 蟲草花 40克
  • 雪耳 40克
  • 去核紅棗 8粒
  • 栗子 200克
  • 1.8公升
  • 40g Cordyceps Flower                  
  • 40g White Fungus     
  • 8 Red Jujubes (Coreless)              
  • 200g Chestnut           
  • 1.8 L Water

烹調步驟

雪耳用水浸10分鐘至軟身,剪去硬的部位,把雪耳剪細

Soak the white fungus into tap water for 10 minutes until they soften, remove their harder parts and cut them into pieces

將其他材料洗淨備用

Wash another ingredients for spare use

煲滾水,將所有材料放入,大火煲滾後,轉中火煲45分鐘,加適量鹽即可

Put all ingredients into a pan after water boils. After cooking in high heat, cook it in medium heat for 45 minutes.Add adequate salt and serve
