材料
- 蟲草花 40克
- 雪耳 40克
- 去核紅棗 8粒
- 栗子 200克
- 水 1.8公升
- 40g Cordyceps Flower
- 40g White Fungus
- 8 Red Jujubes (Coreless)
- 200g Chestnut
- 1.8 L Water
烹調步驟

雪耳用水浸10分鐘至軟身,剪去硬的部位,把雪耳剪細

煲滾水,將所有材料放入,大火煲滾後,轉中火煲45分鐘,加適量鹽即可
