材料

  • 豆腐 1磚
  • 豚肉片 4片
  • 1 brick Tofu
  • 4 slices Pork Belly

調味料

  • 1湯匙
  • 1湯匙
  • 1湯匙
  • 豉油 1湯匙
  • 味醂 1湯匙
  • 薑汁 1湯匙
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Juice

烹調步驟

先將豆腐放入鹽水中浸泡15分鐘

Soak the tofu in a bowl of salted water for 15 minutes

用刨薑器將薑蘑成汁備用

Peel the ginger skin, grate the ginger and squeeze out the juice

將豆腐印乾,然後切成條狀備用

Drain the tofu with kitchen paper, cut into pieces and set aside

將所有調味料混合成為醬汁

Mix together all the seasoning ingredients into a sauce

豚肉片切半,放入豆腐卷起

Cut the pork belly into half. Wrap the tofu with the pork belly

平底鍋下油,放入豆腐豚肉卷煎香

Add some oil in a pan, add the tofu roll and sear until golden brown

待豚肉變色後,加入醬汁,蓋上蓋子焗1分鐘

Add in sauce, cover by lid for 1 minute
