材料

  • 豚肉片 200克
  • 日本燒汁 3湯匙
  • 薑汁 1湯匙
  • 1湯匙
  • 橄欖油 2湯匙
  • 沙律菜 適量
  • 200g Sliced pork
  • 1 tbsp Ginger ale
  • 3 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Some Salad greens

烹調步驟

將燒汁混合薑汁及酒,放豚肉醃10分鐘

Mix the teriyaki sauce, sake and ginger in a bowl. Add the sliced pork to the bowl, mix all the ingredients together well and let them marinade for about 10 minutes

用中火,放油,下豚肉煎至熟,即成

Turn the heat to medium and start heating up olive oil, add the pork to the pan and sauté until the meat has cooked through. Serve with salad greens
