材料

  • 蘿蔔 300克
  • 600毫升
  • 米長通粉 120克
  • 牛肉片 200克
  • 1/4茶匙
  • 魚露 2湯匙
  • 1/2茶匙
  • 紹興酒 1茶匙
  • 蔥花 適量
  • 300g White Radish
  • 600g Water
  • 120g Rice Macaroni
  • 200g Beef Slice
  • ¼ tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • ½ tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
  • Adequate chopped scallion

烹調步驟

將蘿蔔切件

Cut white radish into pieces

水滾後放入蘿蔔,用中火煮30分鐘

Put white radish into a pot after water boils and cook in medium heat for 30 minutes to make white radish soup

煲滾1公升水,放入鹽和米長通粉,用中火煮20分鐘

Boil 1L water, add salt and rice macaroni in and cook in medium heat for 20 minutes

撈起米長通粉過冷河

Take out rice macaroni and plunge them into iced water

在蘿蔔湯底加入魚露,糖和紹興酒

Add fish sauce, sugar and shaoxing wine into white radish soup

把米長通粉放入湯底

Put rice macaroni into soup

7

加入牛肉片煮30秒

Put beef slice in it and cook for 30 seconds

8

灑上蔥花,完成

Add chopped scallion on the top and serve
