材料

  • 海蝦 8隻
  • 蒜蓉 適量
  • 粉絲 1札
  • 豉油 2湯匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 2湯匙
  • 葱花 適量
  • 8 Shrimps
  • Some Chopped Garlic
  • 1 pack Vermicelli Noodles
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • Some Chopped Spring Onion

烹調步驟

粉絲用水浸10分鐘

Soak the vermicelli noodles for 10 mins until soft

將半份蒜蓉炒至金黄

Heat up some oil, stir-fry half portion of garlic until fragrant

將調味料跟全部蒜蓉捞匀

Mix well all seasoning and garlic in a bowl

將粉絲除去水份,放盆底,將蝦開邊,蒸前放調好味之蒜蓉於蝦面

Drain the vermicelli noodles and place it on a steaming plate. Cut the shrimps into halves and on top of the vermicelli noodles. Top the shrimps with garlic seasoning

大火蒸7分鐘,取出放葱花便成

Steam at high heat for 7 mins. Remove and sprinkle spring onion on top and serve
