材料

  • 200克
  • 1茶匙
  • 2茶匙
  • 生抽 1茶匙
  • 紹興酒 2湯匙
  • 薑絲 適量
  • 1杯
  • 1800亳升
  • 蔥花 適量
  • 200g Chicken
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • Some Ginger shreds
  • 1 cup of Rice
  • 1800ml Water
  • Some Scallion

烹調步驟

把糖,鹽,生抽,紹興酒和薑絲加入雞中醃1 小時

Marinate sugar, salt, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and ginger into the chicken for 1 hour

將米洗淨放進電飯煲煲至有蒸氣噴出,放入雞件

Wash the rice and put it into the rice cooker until steam comes out, and put the chicken pieces

煲至電飯煲轉換成保溫狀態,灑上蔥花便成

Turn the mode of the rice cooker to a heat-preserving state and add scallion
