材料
- 油 1湯匙
- 新豬肉 120克
- 麵豉醬 1.5湯匙
- 水 2湯匙
- 鹽 半茶匙
- 紹興酒 1湯匙
- 四季豆 200克
- 紅椒絲 20克
- 麻油 1湯匙
- 白醋 半茶匙
- 糖 半茶匙
- 蒜蓉 2湯匙
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 120g Omnipork
- 1.5 tbsp Miso Sauce
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
- 200g String Beans
- 20g Red Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Garlic
烹調步驟

開鑊落油,放入新豬肉略炒,放入麵豉醬、糖和水炒至乾身取出備用
Cook the oil, stir fry the Omnipork, add Miso sauce, sugar and water until the ingredients turn dried. Take it out

在滾水中放入油、鹽、紹興酒和四季豆煮5分鐘,放入紅辣椒絲煮15秒,取出,用冰水沖洗,隔去水份備用
Mix oil, salt, Shaoxing wine and string beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, add red pepper to boil for 15 seconds, remove, rinse with iced water, and separate the water for use

將蒜蓉、麻油、糖和白醋撈勻,再放入四季豆及新豬肉撈勻
Marinate the garlic, sesame oil, sugar and white vinegar, then add the green beans and the new pork and mix well to serve
