材料

  • 年糕 250克
  • 椰菜絲 半個
  • 鮮菇 6粒
  • 麻辣XO醬 2湯匙
  • 1/8茶匙
  • 少許
  • 250g Korean Rice Cake
  • 1/2 Sliced Cabbage
  • 6 pcs Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Spicy XO Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • Some Water

烹調步驟

用濕的廚紙蓋著年糕5分鐘

Cover the rice cake with wet kitchen paper for 5 minutes

將椰菜切絲,冬菇切片

Slice the cabbage and shiitake mushrooms

開火,加少許油,放入冬菇椰菜炒至軟身

Turn on the gas stove. Add a little oil to the frying pan. Add and stir-fry the mushrooms and cabbage until soft

再加入韓式年糕,略炒

Add Korean-style rice cakes and stir-fry them

加水,焗2分鐘

Add water and cover with lid for 2 minutes

加入XO醬略炒便成

Add XO sauce and stir-fry on low heat until sauce thickens. Ready to serve
