材料
- 年糕 250克
- 椰菜絲 半個
- 鮮菇 6粒
- 麻辣XO醬 2湯匙
- 鹽 1/8茶匙
- 水 少許
- 250g Korean Rice Cake
- 1/2 Sliced Cabbage
- 6 pcs Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Spicy XO Sauce
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- Some Water
烹調步驟

用濕的廚紙蓋著年糕5分鐘
Cover the rice cake with wet kitchen paper for 5 minutes

將椰菜切絲,冬菇切片
Slice the cabbage and shiitake mushrooms

開火,加少許油,放入冬菇椰菜炒至軟身
Turn on the gas stove. Add a little oil to the frying pan. Add and stir-fry the mushrooms and cabbage until soft

再加入韓式年糕,略炒
Add Korean-style rice cakes and stir-fry them

加水,焗2分鐘
Add water and cover with lid for 2 minutes

加入XO醬略炒便成
Add XO sauce and stir-fry on low heat until sauce thickens. Ready to serve
