材料

  • 新鮮魷魚 600克
  • 雞蛋 1隻(大)

炸粉材料

  • 300g Chicken Steak
  • 2 tbsps Garlic
  • 1​ tbsps Chopped Scallion​
  • 麵粉 150克
  • 生粉 50克
  • 蒜粉 5茶匙
  • 雜香草 5茶匙
  • 黑椒 1茶匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 100ml Worcestershire Sauce
  • 20g Sugar​​
  • 20ml Water​​

烹調步驟

先將炸粉材料拌勻

Stir all seasoning well for spare use

把魷魚圈和雞蛋拌勻

Heat a pan and add some oil, put a chicken steak inside and fry it under medium heat until it reaches 80% ripe, then take it out for spare use

將已拌勻的魷魚圈放入炸粉中,均勻地沾上炸粉後拿出放入盤備用

Add some oil and stir fry minced garlic, then add the sauce, put back the fried chicken steak and slightly re-fry it, finally add the chopped scallion on its top, then serve

預備一鍋熱油,把筷子置於油中,當周圍有大量氣泡時便可慢慢放入魷魚圈
